Physical, mental, and spiritual self-care practices have been popular throughout history as a means to obtaining optimal health at all levels, however, I am not a health care professional, I do not claim to heal or cure any ailments.

As these are handmade products, should you find your products damaged or unsatisfactory (outside of minor imperfections which tend to occur naturally),  you may return the  unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result  of my own error (you received an incorrect or defective item, ect...) I will also pay the return shipping .

Expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however in many cases you will receive  your refund more quickly. This time period is  an estimate of transit time, payment processing, and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request.

If you need to make a return, please Contact me with your  order number and details about the product you would like to return. I'll respond within the next two business days (Monday thru Friday, excluding Holidays) with instructions on how to return the items from your order.
